A loyal customer

Writing reviews or sharing comments isn’t something I normally do, but after having an extremely bad day, and needing to get to a dr’s appointment on time after someone close was supposed to drive me, I felt it was necessary to share some of my thoughts, and what continuously drives me to support this company.

First and foremost, the cleanliness each cab arrives in, (whether it’s a regular car, a “first class” type cat) the way they are presented is truly top-notch quality, and that never fails to impress me.

Second, the driver’s respectful attitudes. I cannot begin to emphasize on how important this is! The way not one of your drivers crosses a line, and responds to your inquiries respectfully is truly terrific. They are incredibly professional, and that truly helps us as customers have a better experience overall. My personal favorite, however is the fact that the driver does not start a conversation with you unless we initiate it. This is a necessity any time I choose to order a cab. Why? Because sometimes you’d be going through a bad day, and you’re simply not interested to discuss whatever it is with the driver. So, thank you for stressing on this as a company, and I hope it continues to be implemented.

On a side note, there is one thing that a lot of customers of other taxi services complain about, and that is Allo Taxi’s prices. However, you’re essentially paying an additional $2-4 for a MUCH BETTER experience than any of those other taxi companies mostly due to the known fact that Allo Taxi means NO HEADACHES WHATSOEVER, cabs arrive on time, AND that price is actually a fixed price which means no matter what type of excessive traffic there is or how long the trip takes, the price does not change at all. This is a huge advantage for a customer, and I genuinely appreciate that as it adds to the professionalism and quality this company has.

Back to the point at hand... I had an urgent, and important Dr’s appointment to get to, and after my initial way there got canceled, I opted for two rides from Allo Taxi. A ride to the destination, and a ride back home. Both were incredibly smooth rides, 0 complains and the drivers were extremely professional as well as respectful/clean etc. Apparently there wasn’t enough cabs to send, so I had this huge van that dropped by to pick me up from my pickup location after my appointment ended. So thank you for not canceling my order, and instead sending an alternate cab. That was convenient!

I didn’t expect this to be so long, but I hope you know that your services are worth every dollar, don’t let any customer tell you otherwise because that’s simply not true. Thank you for your services!
